It seemed the hotel could use a bit of a sprucing up in many areas to match expectations.

However, parking was a challenge with limited spots and a fee. During breakfast, overcrowding was an issue, with staff asking for room keys to enforce guest access while seeming inconsistent. Overall, while some aspects were pleasant, significant improvements are needed in parking and breakfast management.

We had a delightful time enjoying the indoor heated pool, which was perfect for the kids to unwind after a long drive. The added bonus was that we could bring our dog along, making it a truly family-friendly stay.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have more seating in the common areas for families to lounge comfortably.

I loved being so close to Oyster Point Park, where I could enjoy scenic walks along the bay, and it was just a short stroll away from the South San Francisco History Museum, which had some fascinating exhibits about the area. my experience was made even better with the spacious two-room suites that allowed me to relax comfortably after a day of exploring.
