Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Perfect for family. Moreover, Wi Fi throughout the property was awesome.

Very clean room and DELICIOUS breakfast. The place is within walking distance of South San Francisco downtown.

The shuttle from airport was easy and very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was very good, with choices for individual tastes. The room was comfortable for family and the staff members were all curteous and helpful. We also enjoyed the relaxation in the jacuzzi after flying all day.

Guest parking without fees associated would be appreciated.

I liked a room setting very much, including the fact that our room had microwave and coffee maker. The complementary breakfast was great.

From the moment I stepped in the room, I dislike the smell of our room. Odor management please. It was hard to keep right temperature of shower because temperature control cannot stay still.

Feces in the pool, manager threatened to kick me and my 4 young children out with no refund at 11 pm because of noise complaint. Wasn't able to check in until 4 pm

The hotel offers complimentary pickout up to and from the hotel and within a radius of 3-4 miles if yoy need a ride somewhere else. Although room Wifi was an extra, one could use the business centre to access the internet, print documents etc. Among the other things included in the room price was breakfast, which included freshly prepared eggs and complimentary drinks in the evening during a happy hour period. I used the pool which was a good size for exercise. All in all, eveything for the business traveller.

There were washing facilties for laundry, though did not have enough change to use (8 quarters). Minor but a little irritating.

Staff and food was excellent.

Our first room was very musty and smelled. Staff was excellent in moving us. We noticed a dog moved in after us. Could you designate pet free rooms to solve this problem in the future.

For the price and a family of five, it is very economical.

There was dust on the lamps and furniture. The heating system did not kick in until it became 46 degrees for the entire building. We needed a space heater the first night.

I really ejoyed my stay.

The only thing I did not like was when I was asked to pay for parking. I have to say that really bothered me. Everything else was great.

This hotel is too easy accesses for people from outside.. Lots ppl come in for swim poor and happy hour... We have kids, and we don't feel it is safe to stay in this hotel.

Room clock was off an hour, door handle in bathroom broken, windows to outside did not seal so the room was freezing cold, making for an uncomfortable night before our flight.

Friendly staff, free movie and popcorn for maintenance issue( replacement for bath stopper and air condition). We really enjoyed complementary breakfast.
